September 4th will see the release of a brand new EP from Wales’ premier Ska/Punk band Beneath The Reef. Entitled ‘Bring The A Game’, the EP consists of six tracks including the catchy leading single ‘Our Destiny’, and will be available from the bands website in both CD and download format.
When it comes to touring, Beneath the Reef are in high demand. Fresh from headlining their own UK tour, as well as a stage at 2014’s Boomtown Fair, the band have also been a support act for various arists such as The Selecter, The Slackers, The Skints and Rebelution.
It’s easy to see why the band are such an in demand live act as ‘Bring The Game’ isn’t only full of energy, it’s also full of fun and jump-up party atmospherics. From the instantly exhilarating ‘21 – 12 – 12’ to ‘Totally Original’ which features snippets from ‘We Go Together’ from the hit musical ‘Grease’, you’ll be dancing as soon as you press play on this EP. As always, originality and quirkiness is favourable in the music scene, and the presence of brass instruments throughout the EP is both admirable and eccentrically wonderful.
