Banyan is an enigmatic music duo who blur the boundaries between organic and electronic music and they’re back with their latest single “Breathing Wild.” Known for their original sound that transcends genres, Banyan has been making waves in the music industry, working alongside leading artists and earning critical acclaim for their remixes and original releases.
Having collaborated with Grammy-nominated producer Mild Minds on the remix of “Haunted” and receiving support from Christian Löffler and extensive airtime on Sirius XMChill for their remix of “Lagoon” by Attom, Banyan has already proven their prowess as skilled producers and artists.
With plans for an ambitious release schedule in 2023, Banyan is set to continue charming audiences with their distinctive perspective on electronic music, keeping listeners eagerly anticipating each new track. Now, Banyan presents “Breathing Wild,” a stunning downtempo electronic track that weaves warm textures and a gentle beat into an enchanting musical experience. Soft piano tones and delicate vocal lines elegantly float above the arrangement, setting the stage for the song to gradually build with intricately crafted synth lines, deep bass notes, and layers of lush synth touches that flutter throughout.
Collaborating with rising songwriter and vocalist Bailey from Inside Records, Banyan’s “Breathing Wild” showcases the duo’s appreciation for Bailey’s delicate approach to songwriting. The creative process behind this record was a joy for Banyan, resulting in a unique blend of melodic house aesthetics and modern garage rhythms. The track offers something at once familiar and fresh, enveloping the listener in a warm and uplifting sonic tapestry just in time for summer.
“Breathing Wild” serves as a reminder to embrace one’s adventurous and wild spirit, with the track’s inviting melodies and soulful vocals create an atmosphere that encourages listeners to explore and experience life to the fullest. As Banyan’s 2023 release schedule unfolds, it’s clear that the duo’s impact on the electronic music landscape will continue to grow, and listeners can look forward to more enthralling and genre-defying creations from this talented pair.
