Hailing from South Florida, East Harbor is an alternative pop outfit known for their infectious sound and high-energy performances. Featuring the talents of Josh Dobson, Robby Savage, David Gonzales and Curtis Wright, this quartet has been going from strength to strength since forming in 2014.
Their unique blend of catchy electric guitar riffs, colourful synths and feel-good vibes has helped them win over fans across the USA and beyond. Over the last decade, East Harbor has been bringing their shared musical vision to life, performing countless live shows across the country.
Creating an unforgettable live experience has led them to play alongside major artists such as The Chainsmokers, Badfish and Ballyhoo!, further confirming their status as a must-watch band. First sharing their studio sound in 2019, they released their debut single “Lucid” which they’ve followed up with multiple well-received singles as well as their first EP, The Community, which arrived in 2022.
Now they bring us their latest release with their new single titled “GHOST,” a track that perfectly distils the moody essence of the autumn season. “GHOST” serves up a haunting yet irresistible energy, blending eerie, emotional melodies with danceable beats that make it a perfect fit for Halloween celebrations.
Jumping straight in with bright guitar leads, the thump of the beat ushers in impassioned vocal leads spinning instantly catchy melodies as the arrangement builds back up around the hooks. Brimming with indie rock energy and cut with slick pop songwriting, “GHOST” sees East Harbor lay down a memorable and energising sound that’s catchy and anthemic in equal measure.
Wrapped in an alternative vibe tinged with emo aesthetic, it’s an epic slice of East Harbor’s original sound, pairing crisp production with an organic rock feel. Once again staking their claim as an exciting band with a compelling sound, East Harbor are sure to continue thrilling fans with their superb musical output.
