Elias Tyro drops new track “Dimensions”

New Zealand-based artist Elias Tyro is an old soul venturing through a rapidly changing world, using his artistic expression to chronicle his experiences and interactions. From his beginnings in Christchurch, where he balanced art school and a flourishing tattoo artist career, to his entrance as a solo rap artist, Elias has walked a path that’s entirely his own.

His creative journey has always been about more than personal ambition, it’s about telling his story, no matter the odds. Tattooing became Elias’ gateway to human connection; the characters and stories he encountered in the industry enhanced his perspective, influencing his approach to music as a medium for reflection and dialogue while rap became a powerful outlet to process his experiences and share his truth.

Stepping out as a solo artist in March last year, he dropped his debut record, 33, which he’s since followed up with a trio of well-received singles. Now he brings us his latest release with his brand new single titled “Dimensions.”

Built on a funky groove, the song starts with hazy tones and the soft patter of percussive elements as airy vocal samples drift through the atmosphere.
