Hailing from Rostock in Germany, producer Ronetik is an exciting new name the melodic house scene offering music built on a deft balance between emotion and energy. His work stands at the crossroads of euphoria and reflection, resulting in a sound that hits as hard on the dancefloor as it does in a quiet moment with your headphones. The real impact of his sonic otuput lies in the connection between rhythm and feeling, where every track he creates aims to leave a lasting mark whether you’re moving, thinking or simply listening.
Behind the project is Ronny, a producer and sound engineer from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, whose journey into electronic music has been guided by the desire to make people feel something genuine. Even the name Ronetik, a fusion of Ronny and Electronic, reflects that mission; personal but entirely devoted to sound. His music blends the drive of house with the warmth of melodic pop, always wrapped in atmosphere and meaningful context.
Ronetik’s tracks are at once cinematic and accessible, filled with shimmering synths, slick basslines and production that feels equally clean and emotionally charged. In May this year he was ready to share his highly original sonic vision with the world, unveiling his sound with the debut single “Elysium.” Quickly followed up by singles two and three, he now brings us his latest release with the new single titled “Evergreen.”

With “Evergreen,” he serves up a track that’s deeply emotional, blissfully melodic and immaculately produced. Stacked with warm, immersive synth layers, deep basslines and a steady, hypnotic beat, “Evergreen” distils the balance between movement and stillness, cut with a hopeful tension and a sense of perpetual growth and continuity, as if the sound itself is breathing.
Opened by the soft flicker of bright plucked notes, the sound of “evergreen” rings out as the sweep of pulsing, side chained synths builds the anticipation. Dropping with the crisp punch of drums, the track flows with smooth vocal leads and colourful arrangement, forming an infectious dance pop soundscape packed full of instantly catchy melodic hooks and uplifting aesthetic.
Dashed with flashes of zapping synth textures and propelled by the ever-present forward motion of the song’s danceable energy, “Evergreen” delivers a magical musical moment that’s truly impossible not to love. Putting his songwriting flair, production talent and performance panache on full display, it’s a stunning electronic pop jam to close his thrilling breakout year.
We caught up with Ronetik to find out more about his musical journey so far, his new single “Evergreen” and what he’s got lined up for the future. Check out our interview with Ronetik below.
What is your earliest memory of making music?
I was already sitting at a keyboard as a child, so music became part of my life very early on. Looking back, the idea of creating my own music really started to fascinate me during my school years, around the age of 14 or 15. That was when the first tools for digital music production became available. It was the moment I realised: this is what I want to do.
Which artists do you draw most inspiration from?
The artist who inspires me the most doesn’t even come from the EDM scene: Hans Zimmer. His film scores have influenced me for many years, and I regularly attend his concerts.
What fascinates me most is the way he blends classical film music with modern synthesizers. Anyone familiar with film scores knows they do one thing exceptionally well: expressing emotion through music. That approach continues to shape my own sound to this day.
How else do you find inspiration for your music?
Beyond film music, I’m strongly influenced by the music of the 1980s and 1990s. Being born in ’84, I grew up with a huge musical diversity; no matter the genre, there were always memorable melodies. That era has shaped my musical sensibility and is still clearly reflected in my sound today.
Melody, clear synthesiser sounds, and emotion are at the core of my music. I’m guided less by concepts and more by feelings and moods.
What’s been your highlight of 2025?
I don’t have to think about it for long. My biggest highlight was deciding to release my music to the public in the first place. I never would have imagined that in less than a year I’d be doing interviews, securing a label with “Evergreen,” and seeing my music resonate with listeners around the world.
It still feels surreal at times, which is exactly why it stands out as my highlight.
What do you love about the German music scene?
The enormous diversity. Whether it’s Paul Kalkbrenner, Robin Schulz, Alle Farben, or many others, there’s something for every taste.
That variety is incredibly important. I especially appreciate the courage to step away from the mainstream and follow individual paths. That’s exactly what makes the scene so exciting.
What would you say is the perfect setting for listeners to enjoy your sound?
Because I try to make my music as deep and meaningful as possible, it’s worth listening more than once to fully absorb the lyrics and the ideas behind them. Headphones work best for that—focused and intentional listening.
At the same time, my tracks have enough energy to work very well on the dancefloor too.
How has your own style and sound evolved since you started out?
I used to approach music in a more technical way; today it’s much more emotional. I think less in terms of genres and more in moods. The sound has become clearer and more stripped back, but also bolder.
Who would be your dream artist to collaborate with?
A real dream would be to create something with Hans Zimmer. I’m often told that my tracks have a cinematic feel, so I think it would be a very interesting combination.
How did you find making your new single “Evergreen”?
The vocal completely captivated me from the very first moment. There are only a few times when you instantly know, on first listen, which direction a song should take and how the final result needs to feel.
In this case, it was unusually easy. I fully leaned into the vocal and its mood, building the entire sound around it. The ideas flowed naturally—something that doesn’t happen often, but really highlights the quality and energy of the vocal.
What message did you want to get across with this release?
That emotions are allowed to stay. Not everything has to be resolved or overcome. Some things stay with us, and that’s okay.
What artist have you been listening to most recently?
At the moment, I’m listening a lot to DJ Roko, Micky DJ, and Robbie Hutton. That’s mainly because we support each other and stay closely connected musically.
Outside of that, I really enjoy listening to Nora En Pure and Ben Böhmer.
What’s the main thing you want people to get out of listening to your music?
A sense of connection. The feeling that they’re not alone with their thoughts.
What’s been your favourite live performance so far?
The biggest moments often happen away from the stage. During the production of “Evergreen,” my young daughter was sitting next to me and told me how much she loved the song. At five years old, she doesn’t really understand music or its deeper meaning yet, but feedback from children is always honest.
From that moment on, she wanted to hear the track constantly. At home, in the car, everywhere. That had never happened with any other song. In the end, she turned out to be right. As a father, moments like that are priceless and deeply emotional.
Who would be 3 artists to headline your dream festival? And where would it be?
Ben Böhmer, Lane 8, and Nora En Pure.
The location would be somewhere in nature, by the water, at sunset—not in a big city setting.
Do you have any advice for a new artist wanting to follow your footsteps?
Be bold and make decisions. Stay true to your own musical direction. It’s not necessary to follow the mainstream.
In the end, people are looking for variety and for things that stand out from the crowd. That’s what pays off in the long run.
Finally, what do you have lined up next?
The new year is fully planned out, with more singles on the way and the continued growth of the Ronetik brand, as well as my label Ronetik Records.
Musically, things continue very soon: on January 9, 2026, I’ll release my new, emotionally driven track “Your Love.” Stay tuned—things definitely won’t be getting quiet around me.
