For over three decades, Molella has stood as one of Italy’s most influential figures in dance music as a DJ, producer and hitmaker whose legacy continues to ripple through clubs, festivals and airwaves across Europe. Rising to prominence in the 1990s, his name became synonymous with the rise of Eurodance, shaping the soundtrack of a generation that lived for late nights and euphoric choruses.
Even today, his fingerprints can still be felt on dance floors worldwide, nowhere more evident than through “Freed From Desire,” the timeless anthem he co-produced for Gala, a track that remains a fixture of stadiums, playlists and parties decades after its release. Molella has always been more than just a chart-topping producer; he’s been a cultural force and his collaborations with international artists such as The Outhere Brothers, Heaven 17, KT Tunstall and Edward Maya have showcased his versatility. Likewise his remixes for Italian icons including Jovanotti, Gemelli Diversi, 883, Vasco Rossi, Tananai and The Kolors have reinforced his position as one of Italy’s most respected and inventive electronic artists.
As a cornerstone of the country’s dance scene, Molella has continuously developed his sound while maintaining an instinctive connection to the energy of the crowd. Alongside longtime collaborators DJ Albertino, Get Far Fargetta and Prezioso, Molella has also helped power Deejay Time, the biggest live electronic dance music show in Italy, embarking on nationwide tours that have become legendary for fusing nostalgia with innovation.

Now, in 2026, Molella returns with a thrilling new single titled “Come In A Dance”, a track that perfectly distils his enduring ability to offer something new while staying true to the spirit of electronic music. Linking up with KG Man and Tommy Veanud, the release feels like a celebration of rhythm, collaboration and cross-cultural creativity. Tommy Veanud, the artistic alias of Artem Dunaev, better known internationally as Prime Punk, brings his own global perspective to the release. With over fifteen years of experience as a DJ, promoter and producer, his track record spans collaborations with underground talents like Idd Aziz, Lizwi, Coco and Darkside Vinyl, as well as high-profile names such as Burak Yeter.
On the other hand, KG Man injects the track with enticing charisma; known for his distinctive raggamuffin phrasing and magnetic energy, he first made his mark in the early 2000s as frontman of Quartiere Coffee, one of Italy’s most prominent reggae outfits. Over the past two decades, he’s flourished into a versatile topliner and recording artist, capable of shifting between genres from Afrobeat and EDM to reggaeton, hip hop and pop.
“Come In A Dance” began as a genre-blending experiment and soon blossomed into a full on tech house cut, as Molella and his collaborators reimagined the song into something made for late-night club sets. The track, laced with Jamaican Patois lyrics and built around punching beats and hypnotic basslines, sharkes with energy, serving up a perfect balance between groove and absorbing dancefloor energy. Released via TV Recordings, part of the One Tribe artist agency, “Come In A Dance” represents another step in Molella’s astonishing musical adventure. It’s a reminder that even after decades in the industry, he’s still chasing forward momentum, never content to rely on nostalgia while always operating at the very highest level.
