Forged in London’s music scene, Spinors arrive with a concept that feels just as ambitious and exciting as their sound. Founded by singer and guitarist Sergie Code, the alternative rock outfit blends a steampunk-inspired aesthetic with thoughtful songwriting and powerful instrumentation. The band’s name itself offers a clue to their artistic philosophy; in quantum physics, a spinor is a property that can exist in multiple states until it is observed and Spinors have adopted that idea as a creative mission, allowing their music to remain open-ended until it reaches the listener, where personal experiences and perspectives help shape its meaning.
The project first started to take shape after Sergie relocated from Argentina to the United Kingdom and having already established successful musical projects in his home country, the move represented both a personal and artistic leap forward. London became the setting for a new chapter driven by a desire to continue developing creatively and connect with a wider audience and that spirit of risk and reinvention now sits at the centre of the band’s adventurous identity.
Capturing their sound in the studio, they made their explosive entrance in April with the debut single “Walk Alone,” a track which explored the sacrifices involved in pursuing a dream, reflecting the reality of leaving familiar surroundings behind in search of something greater. It served not only as the band’s first release but also as an emphatic statement of artistic intent, presenting Spinors as a project able to confront uncertainty while remaining steadfast in its vision. Now Spinors return with their sophomore single titled “Choose to Believe,” a release that expands their thematic scope while maintaining the intensity that rippled throughout their debut.

The track turns its attention toward the idea of manipulation in a post-truth world with its lyrics examining how powerful interests can influence behaviour while simultaneously convincing people that they possess an unquestionable version of the truth. “The lyrics talk about how we’re manipulated through post-truth, making the masses behave according to powerful interests while convincing you that you own ‘the truth'” Sergie shares. Wrapped up in a driving alternative rock soundscape, “Choose to Believe” rolls with pattering percussion, crunching guitars and commanding vocals to serve up a gripping anthem that’s moody, energising and thoroughly original all at once.
Set up by the crash of drums and buzz of fuzzy guitar riffs, the track launches into a grooving rock scene packed full of rousing energy and brooding aesthetic while Sergie’s expressive vocals soar above with theatrical delivery. Surging into a raucous chorus brimming with punching energy and memorable vocal hooks, the track lays down an exhilarating listening experience cut with slick lead guitar work that’s sure to win over fans around the world.
Paired with the single is a music video which features the trio clad in their distinctive steampunk attire, performing the track in various setting alongside the river Thames, offering a cinematic visual accompaniment that brings the music alive on screen in thrilling fashion. Putting their songwriting flair and performance talent on full display, “Choose to Believe” sees Spinors lay down a potent dose of powerful alternative rock music that’s guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. As the project continues to grow, they’ve just embarked on a UK tour, bringing their energy to the live experience with more than 30 confirmed dates.
