Rapper, singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Danny B The AirHead is the all-round talent based in Essex, UK. Not just writing, recording and producing all his music in his own home, he also plays the drums, keys and even the steelpan on his music.
At fourteen, he started writing his own original songs before discovering Logic two years later and began his journey of producing his own music too. Influenced by the likes of heavyweight hip hop artists such as A Tribe Called Quest, Drake, Skepta and Stormzy, he offers a fresh blend of modern rap and dancehall on his beat-driven and synth-laden tracks.
Taking almost a year out from releasing music, he’s ended that hiatus with his new track, the single titled “Money-Man”. Fusing elements of old school hip hop with R&B and Dancehall, the new track delivers an energetic and catchy blast full of colourful textures and rhythm-perfect vocal flow.
Commenting on the track, he shares, “The song is about a girl who has spent a large part of her life struggling for money, and when she finally has money and wants to start dating, she learns that she wants to be a with a “Money-Man”, disregarding any other qualities to look for in a partner and only worrying about how wealthy they are.”
