Based in the midlands of the UK, Certain is a collective of creators, artists and musicians who celebrate the eternal power of music and it’s ability to lift the spirit. Songwriting duo Algar and Nicholas form the composition powerhouse that showcases the incredible vocal talents of local artists such as Taylor Stylez Ange Lloyd, Amara Latchford and Connor Brooks.
Paired with a bit of legendary Magic Garden production stardust from Gavin Monaghan, who’s previous credits include Editors, Ocean Colour Scene and The Twang, Certain is truly a musical force that’s greater than the sum of its parts.
Building on their previous release and going from strength to strength with each drop they’ve recently linked with Amara Latchford on the third Certain track, titled “It’s Alright”. With the 100k Spotify stream milestone fast approaching, the new track comes as the collective is undoubtedly on the rise.
A rallying cry to anyone who ever feels like an outsider, a misfit or even a bad dancer, “It’s Alright” is an uplifting soundtrack for your Summer. With Algar and Nicholas’ feelgood writing capped by Gavin Monaghan’s shiny production panache, singer Amara Latchford delivers a commanding vocal performance on a track that’s instantly catchy from a truly exciting new project.
