Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Parker Keskinen is a solo artist and producer making his own brand of infectiously catchy bedroom pop music under the go4broke alias. With a synth-based sound, capped by his lofty vocal work he crafts bright alternative pop music full of relatable personal songwriting.
Playing live in both the Philadelphia and New Jersey scenes, he’s built up a following of fans with his performances as well as reaching listeners around the world online. Last year he dropped his first single with the track “California”, followed by three more singles in the build up to his debut EP titled mad.
Now with his upcoming sophomore EP on the horizon he brings us the lead single lifted from the release with “don’t speak”. Nicknamed by the artist as his ‘social anxiety anthem’, on “don’t speak” go4broke bears his vulnerable side via intimate lyricism wrapped up in colourful pop sound.
Written after a prolonged period where he felt safer with himself than around anyone else, with his new single the artist captures an authentic expression of his emotions to create one of his most captivating songs to date. With a music video and follow-up track set to drop over the next few weeks ahead of his forthcoming new EP, the future looks exciting for this rising electronic pop artist.
