Twin Galaxxies began as the bedroom project of Alex Myers in 2015 whilst living in Berlin. Now located in London, Twin Galaxxies intricately weaves synths to psychedelic landscapes recorded from hardware to tape. After self-releasing Rain Rain on his owned and operated label Loving Memory in 2016, Twin Galaxxies released Pink Secrets on Business Casual in 2019.
In 2021, Twin Galaxxies will be joining the Pure Life roster for his latest release, a celestial and kaleidoscopic haze with neon-infused texture.
Bringing us the new track “Imminent Reversal”, the artist gives us a first taste of Pure Life Tapes, available on Vinyl, cassette and VHS (Full Visual Album).
Drawing on influences such as Oneohtrix Point Never, Emeralds and Tangerine Dream, Twin Galaxxies delivers a truly cinematic composition. The track offers a dreamy hypnotic sound, driven by the producers’ penchant for experimental synth work and and ability to craft dynamic, textured soundscapes.
