Pop artist Evin moved to London to pursue his passion for music and work as a songwriter and producer in the city’s vibrant creative community. Producing and arranging for a plethora of other artists, he’s able to draw on a vast range of influences. With his solo project, he creates infectiously catchy and upbeat grooving music taking inspiration from artists such as George Michael, Sade and Timberlake.
He sees both his own work and his production collaborations as a meditative creative outlet, seeking to find what it means to truly focus on himself and where that path leads. With a goal to establish himself as a rising star of the London music scene, he’s released a new single, “Fears of Letting Go” lifted from his debut EP, Good Morning World.
His new single is a smooth pop jam that blends both modern elements with touches of his 80’s influences. Balancing a focus on rhythm and melody, he offers a hook-driven sound carried by his powerful and velvety vocal delivery.
The pop power track frames an underlying message of ‘seize the day’ moments and self-acceptance. Perfectly arranged, featuring a stunning sax lead, on “Fears of Letting Go” Evin makes a statement of his intentions to create original pop music that stays with listeners long after hearing it.
