Cologne native Qplex started his artistic journey when he began making music when he was 15 years old. After teaching himself the piano he began DJ-ing and producing his own music in 2014.
In 2016, QPLEX founded his own company – a mobile bar for music festivals. Spending most of his summers on festivals he got inspired by a lot of electronic music artists (such as Boris Brechja, Tale of Us or Worakls). Watching his idols perform live on Europe’s biggest stages he decided to put his main focus on electronic music especially melodic house and techno.
With his Live Techno videos on lnstagram the producer, now aged 27, has already reached a global audience of techno lovers and racked up millions of views.
This time round the producer and artist has linked up with singer/songwriter Maurice Kaar for his new track “Tell Me”.
The result is a mix of progressive house and melodic techno, paired with catchy vocals. The varied parts create an unmistakable arc of tension, which finds its climax in the drop.
