Vancouver-based, electronic musician and producer MAML, brings us his latest release with the single “Memories” which dropped via Emengy Deep. The track is a blend of lo-fi dreaminess and cinematic thunder; the music video expands off these concepts by fusing 8mm film camera footage with more “modern” elements captured with a drone. The artist spent a year sampling and compiling audio and video clips to bring you this musical and cinematic journey.
With this new track, MAML builds on his euphoric electronic catalogue while being no stranger to musical discovery. Growing up, he played guitar and sang in bands before ultimately finding a passion for electronic music and music production.
On “Memories”, the producer delivers a nostalgic and reflective sound, perfectly paired with the stunning visual offering to build a truly epic experience.
