London-based producer, songwriter and performer Bizawi frames himself as an enigma in the Hip Hop scene, allowing his experimental sound and astute lyricism to take precedence over a persona shrouded in mystery.
After a string of singles including “Counting” and “Let Me Out”, he now brings us his latest effort with the track “Deliver The Impact”. A self-described ‘half-song’, the new track clocks in at just under ninety seconds, cutting out all filler and dead wood to focus solely on the context of its conception.
Aptly titled, the track rips an impactful strike with a flurry of pounding rhythms capped with Bizawi’s silky flow. With his ambition and creativity, he strives to find the balance between being a perfectionist while still getting music out to the world. With “Deliver The Impact” he demonstrates his ability of crafting a Hip Hop buzz with true artistic flair.
Commenting on the track, he offers, “We, creators, are sometimes creating for the sake of creation. Although the practice is important and can lead to happy accidents, practice with a goal is even more important. Don’t do for the sake of doing, do for an audience, do to get more engagement, keep doing with a goal.”
Continuing, “Some artists work on a 10 songs album, and they release the first 10 that they have. Some create 50 and choose 10. Some in-between. Not everything we do is gold, and some things are best kept in sketchbooks. Some sketchbooks are variations of the final design or music.”
