Berlin born and raised artist Kute Juergens is a singer and multi-instrumentalist who discovered his passion for funk and soul at an early age starting spinning vinyls as a DJ and listening to Prince.
His musical journey spans decades having played in several bands and recording his first songs in 1989 on an Atari 1040ST, mixing everything on a 4-track machine. Since 2005 he has been running the Phinemusic Studio “for composition, production, recording, mixing, sound design as well as theatre and film music” in his hometown of Berlin.
Balancing writing and performing music for theatre, creating multi-channel music for the stage and releasing remixes under his alias $oulh@ since 2019, he’s now finally found his way to the dance floor with fresh tracks.
His latest release is the Nu Disco jam “Every Nite”, following from his debut single “You’re The One For Me”. With his latest offering, Kute Juergens delivers a kaleidoscopic groove piece full of upbeat charm and pumping rhythms. His years of creating music for an array of projects has culminated in these latest releases, packing a punch of impeccable craft and production.
