Nashville-based artist Sammm channels the musical energy of the city she resides in to create her own bouyant indie-pop sound. With her youthful yet soulful tone, she strikes up a sense of relatability and honesty through her music that resonates with inquisitive ears.
Drawing influence from the likes of Taylor Swift, Avril Lavigne, Hilary Duff, she’s caught the attention of fans and tastemakers alike, gaining radio airtime from stations such as Indie Radio USA, WFMC Jams and Monies New Music UK.
Following on from singles “my heart’s losing its mind” and “Magic”, she’s back with her third offering with her latest track “mess that you made me”. The new single is a rhythmic contemporary pop outing that’s about a broken heart that is still trying to recover from the mess that was made of loving someone that was never hers.
Created in a home studio with Aaron Muckala, “mess that you made me” offers an emotive, hook-driven sound that revolves around the disappointment in the mess that a broken heart leaves you and offers the perfect soundtrack for the romantic healing process.
