Nashville-based artist Soheill creates music that sits at the crossroads between dream pop and indie rock. Despite moving from LA to the musical Mecca of the Tennessee city, he stands out from the crowd with his stunning originality.
Though he stays firmly true to his rock roots, he’s ventured out over the last few years, transforming his sound as well as himself. Diving into the world of synthesisers and programmed drums, his music has evolved to perfectly reflect his lyrical and melodic interpretations.
“Being a producer and performer is a part of my journey that is very important to me. I’ve worked with many talented producers, but I felt like a part of me was missing,” he shares.
Adding, “I wasn’t really expressing myself in the way that I envisioned. That is why I decided to fully produce all my music moving forward. I feel more honest and comfortable when creating in my home studio.”
With an album planned on the horizon for the latter part of 2022, he brings us the new single and music video with “The Doorway”. A dreamy melancholic sound leads this intimate song, which features the artist’s softly swaying vocal delivery float atop a blissful sonic tapestry of guitar and piano arrangement to create a euphoric indie rock sound.
