Leonardo Barilaro Releases ‘Not 32 Days Without a Note’

Pianist and aerospace engineer Leonardo Barilaro has once again embarked on another musical journey with his recent project Space Piano Music Everyday. Leonardo already impressed us previously with his tribute to Anathema, in collaboration with Metal Queen Mariangela Demurtas (lead singer of Tristania), and a Jazztronica composition with legendary drummer Marco Minnemann. This year the space pianist dives into the challenge of creating and releasing a new track for each day of the year which can be found on Spotify and all main music digital distribution platforms, with the related videoclips. As Leornado began his brilliant day by day marathon back in February, he celebrated his very first piece of his project by releasing “Not 32 days without a note.”

Leonardo discovered his talent 32 years ago and in 2006 came to realisation of this artistic method of creating and publishing his music each day. Now he is sharing his journey and ongoing process with the world.

The inspiration for this venture originates from his mantra, Nullo Die Sine Nota – Not a day without a note. The artist’s music which is consistently released every day is for piano solo, prepared piano, synths and embedding a wide range of experimentations to listen to.

With his impressive amount of already released singles, the artworks are mainly designed by Özlem Başman Barilaro moreover, Leonardo continues the collaboration with dancer Victoria Kryukova, featured in several of his unique videos.
