New Yorker Randy Beth releases sultry record “Run”.
The downtempo track is impactful and allows Randy’s vocals to freely gleam through runs that combine with the potent alternative synths. The melodic tune sits beautifully with Beth’s golden falsetto runs.
This single is about going after the kind of love you know that isn’t going anywhere, toxic, and finding it in a sabotaging place. “Run” is haunting yet so, so beautiful. Randy can sing, that’s for sure. Effortlessly, that’s the word. “The house we built together from the dirt keeps us safe, now the home that swallows me up like a tidal wave” Beth sings.
The upcoming New Yorker has spent years on stages covering plenty of songs and now it is time to tell her own story.
“Run” comes after Randy’s debut single “Make a home”.
