Alternative Pop from Gus Brandelius

Stockholm-based artist Gus Brandelius makes upbeat and laid back hip hop, often in collaboration with rapper and producer Kitok. Offering a chilled sound, his music is full of breezy melodies hovering over modern beats and electronic instrumentation.

Since making his debut last year with the track “Sen Kom Du (feat. JESTER)”, the Swedish artist has released a string of tracks, building on his rhythmic blend of cheery rap. Taking influence from all styles of hip hop throughout the ages as well as other musical styles, he produces and writes all his music from his Stockholm HQ.

Now back with his second release of 2022, Gus Brandelius shares the new track “Flaskor på mitt CV”, once again working with another featured artist, this time with Kay Doe. The new track is a lofi alternative pop track written about reflecting over drinking days.
