Talented artist born and raised in Connecticut, USA, ET offers their own brand of modern rap music paired with conscious lyricism in every track. Taking influence from the likes of Juice WRLD and The Weeknd, ET uses a passion for sonic exploration to fuse elements of emo rap, hip hop, cloud rap and R&B into an original new sound.
Initially starting a musical journey as a hobby with their cousin, the rap artist began experimenting with sounds wherever they could be found and recorded, such as with an Xbox headset. Continuing along this innovative approach, ET has consistently developed as an artist and pushed the boundary of their creative vision further with each release.
Holding fans close to their heart, the artist shares, “When fans listen to me, whether that be in concert or not, the goal is to allow them to escape whatever problems they currently face and let go just for the moment.”
With a bunch of well-received music already released, building the hype around the artist, ET recently dropped a new track titled “WISHING ME WELL”. Framed as a hype rap cut that delivers a driving energetic sound, the song, like all ET works, carries an important message.
Setting the tone with the opening bars “Got enemies wishing me well, I hope they can tell that they do not phase me…” ET penned the track about the feeling of others only caring when it’s beneficial to them. Featuring a dark blend of synth stabs, a snapping beat and ET’s razor sharp flow, on “WISHING ME WELL” the artist drops another worthy modern hip hop piece that confirms his talents as a rapper as well as a writer.
