Emerging from deep inside the Los Angeles local music scene comes the new four-piece outfit called supergloom. Comprised of independently experienced and accomplished musicians, together they combine to bring their dreamy alternative rock sound alive.
With a sprinkling of experimental style, they craft an immersive sound that’s both entirely new while still being accessible and familiar. Drawing on their own backgrounds, the members that make up the band fuse engaging guitar riffs, driving percussion rhythms, euphoric harmonic arrangements and elegant melodic vocal leads.
Formed during the pandemic when the musicians came together to record a couple of Queens of the Stone Age covers, they immediately realised their sonic chemistry and began writing their own original material which would form the songs on their debut eponymous EP.
On the EP supergloom, the band offer their first five original tracks which serve to demonstrate their expressive sound, expansive creativity and their readily apparent musicianship prowess. Full of rich layers which spin a deep sonic tapestry of ethereal sound, on supergloom they swing from the more pop focused to progressive soundscapes that evolve over time in mesmeric fashion.
Creating an epic sonic journey throughout the EP, supergloom lay down a truly stunning listening experience, while building excitement for their next move from a breakout new band.
