Based in the German capital city of Berlin, Beatdenker is a visionary artist who makes incredibly original music. As a guitar player, composer, producer, researcher and tutor, almost every spare moment the artist has involves an exploration of new musical territory, resulting in his work as an artist offering a sound unlike anything else.
Drawing on his knowledge and experience of jazz, Carnatic music, IDM, electronica and beat making, he crafts extraordinary instrumental tracks that demonstrate breathtaking creativity and an unrivalled musicianship flair. With his live shows, he offers sets packed full of action and interaction that sees the artist improvise on each outing, making no two performances the same.
Throughout his creative output, he delivers a ground-breaking and mind-bending sonic experience that seems like he’s plucked it from another dimension entirely. First sharing his unique style as Beatdenker in 2021 with the release of his debut track “Too Wobbly To Wobble”, he followed up with “Too Shaky To Shake” and “Too Forward To Back” before dropping his first full-length record with Too Tall To Dance at the end of the year.
Now he’s back in 2023 with brand new music and brings us his latest work with the sophomore album titled Ethnic Endless Fun. With ten new cuts, each one as avant-garde as the last, Beatdenker delivers his latest foray into the world of experimental beat-driven music.
Set to a medley of shifting, swung and stuttering rhythms, he caps each track with an array of jarring instrumentation to create immersive and hypnotic compositions that he makes work as only he himself could. Invoking senses of spontaneity and adventure, with Ethnic Endless Fun, the Berlin producer grabs your attention and keeps you transfixed from start to finish via a truly trailblazing and innovative album from an endlessly creative and talented artist.
