Formed by Vancouver-born Jesse Fischer and Alden Martin from London, DJ and production duo VAVO are an unstoppable, multi-billboard charting act who first took the music scene by storm in 2017. Making an impact straight away, they were quick to catch the attention of iconic artists such as The Chainsmokers and Tiësto with their early material.
After another successful year that saw the pair drop a string of hit tracks and remixes, they closed the year with their infectious dance pop anthem “Take Me Home” featuring the vocals of the sensational Universal Music artist Clara Mae. Now they’ve hit the ground running in 2023 with a brand new VIP Mix version of their incredible collaboration.
Released via long-time label partner KESS Records, with their latest track VAVO lay down a powerful beat-driven cut full of deep bass tones, piquant synth textures and Clara Mae’s extraordinary vocal leads. With the original version already racking up almost half a million streams on Spotify alone, “Take Me Home” sees the talented duo continue to drop stunning electronic music that rivals the very best.
Having honed their remixing skills re-imagining works from the likes of Sam Fisher, Sam Feldt and RAYE, the pair wanted to capture a different side to their captivating track. Offering a different vibe with their VIP Mix of the track, VAVO set Clara Mae’s vocals at the forefront and wrap it up in a grooving soundscape of playful, bouncing synth lines and atmospheric sonic tapestries.
